This website was created out of a need to observe, document, and respect nature, rather than merely consume it.
I photograph nature and wildlife in their real environments — without staging, without sensationalism, and without placing the human perspective above everything else.
Through photography, I aim to capture quiet processes: seasonal changes, the relationship between water and landscape, the presence of wildlife, and the coexistence of humans with spaces that are often taken for granted.
I live and work in the area around Dugo Selo, Croatia, and spend most of my time in the Savica wetlands, along the Sava River near Rugvica, and in Lonjsko Polje Nature Park. These places are not “wilderness” in the classical sense, but that is precisely what makes them important — they exist on the boundary between nature and everyday human life.
Photography is not an escape from reality for me, but a way to better understand it.
I am interested in how nature looks when it is not beautified, but simply observed.
I do not seek spectacle.
I do not chase rare moments at any cost.
I do not disturb wildlife or alter the environment for the sake of a photograph.Instead, I return to the same places, observe gradual changes, and allow images to emerge naturally. This approach results in slower work, but a more authentic record of place and time.
For me, sustainability is not a trend or a slogan, but a relationship with the environment I move through.
If photography does not respect the nature it depicts, it loses its purpose.
